Payments online can be made through Paypal, debit or credit card.
Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge the price of which depends on the shipping address. All UK orders over £50 are insured and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery all other UK orders will be posted Royal Mail First Class Signed For. European orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For. The rest of the world is sent via an appropriate courier. You will receive an email once your item is in the post with courier details and a tracking number.
Delivery time varies depending on product availability and country of delivery. We endeavour to deliver within 5 working days within the UK, and 5-12 working days for other countries for in stock items. For urgent delivery requests please contact us at the studio. Maximum delivery time is 6 weeks if the item has been made to order.
Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. All UK orders are posted FREE OF CHARGE.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
Deliveries In Europe
We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service for deliveries within Europe. The delivery time takes 6-8 working days from the date of your order and we charge a flat rate of £7 for delivery to all countries within Europe.
Deliveries to the Rest of the World
For deliveries to the rest of the world we use an insured courier service that endeavours to deliver the package in 6-10 working days from the date of your order depending on where in the world the item is being sent to. We charge a flat rate of £15 for deliveries outside of the UK and Europe.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Jenny Gilbert Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
How Your Order Will Arrive
Your order will be dispatched in a recycled external envelope. The jewellery is packaged in a recycled and branded Jenny Gilbert Jewellery box. Please let us know if your item is a gift being sent directly to the recipient and we will not include a receipt in your parcel. If you would like a personal message to accompany any gift orders, please contact us directly.
